Problem Note 48519: OLAP-based SAS® Web Report Studio reports that use filters from an information map might not render when accessed by multiple users simultaneously

When multiple users simultaneously attempt to access an OLAP-based SAS Web Report Studio report with filters from an information map, the report might fail to render for some of the users. Instead, the following message is shown in the error details as well as in the SAS Web Report Studio and web application server logs.
ERROR [46d35ec6aa82252b:16a3f192:13a98705f6e:203sasdemo] com.sas.apps.citation.controller.action.report.OpenReportManagerAction - Root Cause: com.sas.iquery.generation2.GenerationException: Unable to access the OLAP server for cube XXXXXX.
