Problem Note 48352: "HTTP 404" error when logging on to SAS® Enterprise Case Management
When you log on to SAS Enterprise Case Management, the following error message might be displayed:
HTTP 404
The following error message might appear in the log file of the application server that is hosting the SAS Enterprise Case Management web application:
ERROR org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoader - Context initialization failed
org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'queueConnectionFactory':
Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: jms not bound
The problem happens because the application server "SASServer1" had not completely started when other application servers were started. To fix the problem, shut down all application servers. Then, start the application server "SASServer1". Wait until "SASServer1" has completely started before you start any other application servers.
