Sample 48330: Create a vertical bar chart with a break in the axis

This sample program uses the Graph Template Language (GTL) to produce a vertical bar chart with a break in the axis range. The DATASKIN option in the BARCHART statement is supported beginning in SAS 9.3. In order to run this program in SAS 9.2, the DATASKIN option needs to be removed from both of the BARCHART statements.
