Problem Note 48288: Estimation fails when forecast disaggregation is enabled and FCST_DISAGG_PROD_LVL_OFFSET is greater than 0

When forecast disaggregation is enabled and FCST_DISAGG_PROD_LVL_OFFSET > 0, estimation might fail in the SAS® Revenue Optimization Suite with an error similar to the following:

The workaround is to not enable forecast disaggregation.
