Problem Note 48222: The message "An error has occurred and has been logged" appears when you edit a risk instance or test instance in SAS® Enterprise GRC

In SAS Enterprise GRC, when you edit a risk instance or test instance, the following error message might be displayed:
An error has occurred and has been logged.
In addition, the following error might be displayed in the SAS Enterprise GRC log file:
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
