Problem Note 48218: A blank screen appears when you click "Save as Draft" in the Issues window in SAS® Enterprise GRC

In SAS Enterprise GRC, a blank screen might be displayed when you click Save as Draft in the Issues window. Your web browser might report that there is an error on the page.
The blank screen appears because you do not have the required capabilities to save an issue as a draft.
There is no workaround for the problem.
