Problem Note 48114: A new campaign might fail to publish when copying and pasting a Treatment Campaign in SAS® Management Console

If you copy and paste a SAS® Customer Intelligence Treatment Campaign from the SAS Management Console folder view, the value for the COMMUNICATION_SK column in the CI_COMMUNICATION table might be incorrect when the campaign is subsequently published.
The campaign might fail to publish with a duplicate key integrity constraint error.
