Problem Note 48090: The FMCrossing.writable property returns a value of FALSE on a writable parent
The FMCrossing.writable property in the SAS® Financial Management Studio Advanced Program Interface (API) might return FALSE when the target
cell is a
parent and is writable. Writable parents should return the value TRUE.
As expected, the property returns TRUE when it is a
writable child and FALSE when the cell is not writable.
