Usage Note 48869: Oracle synonyms are not shown when you are using SAS/ACCESS® Interface to ODBC
By default, Oracle synonyms are not shown by the LIBNAME engine with SAS/ACCESS Interface to ODBC. To show synonyms, simply add the option PRESERVE_TAB_NAMES=YES to your LIBNAME statement.
