Problem Note 48840: The error "(mo_import_scenario) User actual name not identified" occurs when you try to import a scenario into SAS® Marketing Optimization
When you try to import a scenario into SAS Marketing Optimization, the scenario might fail to import. The problem occurs within SAS® Management Console when you use a user ID that contains a comma in its display name. When this situation occurs, the following error is generated:
ERROR:(mo_import_scenario) User actual name not identified
For example, you open the User Manager in SAS Management Console, and you use AA2110R as the user ID. However, the display name for this user ID is Doe, John. The comma after Doe causes the error.
Remove the comma to import the scenario without the error.
