Problem Note 48813: An 0C4 abend might occur when you are using a DBSLICEPARM= LIBNAME or DATA Set option when accessing a DB2 table
Using SAS/ACCESS® Interface to DB2 on z/OS to access a DB2 table that contains a TIMESTAMP column, might result in an 0C4 abend. The actual error message and traceback varies. It might look like one of the following:
