Problem Note 48771: E-mail replies in the SAS® Digital Marketing Reply Manager lose the correct content when the replies are sorted
In the SAS Digital Marketing Reply Manager, you can display the list of replies that are received for the different categories of replies (for example, hard bounces). When you right-click on a reply and select Open, the reply content is displayed. If you sort the list of replies by any of the columns available and then open the reply content, the content is incorrect. The original, unsorted content is displayed.
To avoid this issue do not sort the replies.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
