Problem Note 48564: A SAS® Financial Management dimension hierarchy might not be exported to the export library
If a SAS Financial Management dimension hierarchy is defined so that the
hierarchy name and description are blank, the hierarchy will not be exported. This problem occurs when you export by using either of the following methods:
- the Export Dimension wizard in SAS Financial Management Studio
- the solnsvc_4100_export_dimension job in SAS® Data Integration Studio
No error messages are displayed, but the rows for the dimension members in that
hierarchy will not be exported to the dimension_assoc and dimension_assoc_type
tables in the export library.
To avoid this problem, ensure that a name and description are specified
for each dimension hierarchy.
