Problem Note 48533: Numeric data that contains a decimal point is formatted incorrectly in SAS® Strategy Management 5.2 under some European locales
Under a German language operating environment, a period (".") in numeric formats acts as a thousands separator, and the comma (",") acts as a decimal point. For example, 5,382.66 in German format should be 5.382,66.
However, in a German language operating environment, if you input a number with a decimal comma like 5.382,66 in SAS Strategy Management 5.2, the validation cannot accept the format. An error similar to the following might occur:
"Error: Please enter the interval number."
This problem has also been seen in Italian and Dutch language operating environments.
