Problem Note 48185: A single case in SAS® Enterprise Case Management might have different values for its Activity Status when it is opened by different users
When two different user IDs open the same case in SAS Enterprise Case Management, two different values for the case's Activity Status might be displayed. The Activity Status should be the same regardless of which ID opens the case.
To work around this issue, one of the user IDs can close the case. After one closes the case, the case is not really closed. The Activity Status of the case should now be the same for any user ID that opens the case.
