Problem Note 48182: SAS® Enterprise Case Management screens appear in Read-Only mode when you try to edit an object
When you try to edit an object in SAS Enterprise Case Management, the screen might appear in Read-Only mode.
The screen might appear in Read-Only mode because the object is locked by another user ID. If you edit an object and your HTTP session times out, then you are automatically logged off, but the object incorrectly remains locked for editing.
To work around this problem, log on as an administrative user or as the user ID who has the object locked, and unlock the object.
