Usage Note 48166: You must set the soft and hard limits for open files for SAS® Grid Computing in the Solaris operating environment
When you run the SAS Grid Computing environment under Solaris, you need to modify the soft and hard limits for the number of open files (nofiles) that must be set.
These settings are site specific and need to be determined by the site's system administrator. SAS Technical Support cannot responsible for providing these limit values.
