Usage Note 48059: Printed appearance might be smaller than expected when using SAS® Web Report Studio 4.3 or later
Beginning with SAS Web Report Studio 4.3, headers and footers are divided into three content areas (left, middle, and right), and you can specify a percentage width for each area. However, you should be aware that the content and width of each area can affect the printed appearance of the report, regardless of your specified print options.
Figure 1 is an example of how how multiple objects on the page are affected by a header.
Notice that the objects are smaller than expected. There are also wide margins between the objects and a wide margin at the bottom of the page.

To adjust the printed appearance, you must edit the width and content of each content area in your header or footer until you are satisfied with the printed appearance. (You might also have to adjust the margins in the Page Setup dialog box.) For example, the printed appearance shown in Figure 1 was improved by moving the header text to the left content area, and setting the widths of the left and middle content areas to 50%.
