Problem Note 47983: The SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager process for dynamic treatments does not insert all of the treatment_hash_val records

SAS Real-Time Decision Manager enables you to create and send dynamic treatments for your campaigns. However, the dynamic treatment process sometimes does not insert all of the treatment_hash_val records into the common data model. The failure to insert treatment_hash_val records occurs when some or all of the treatment custom details have "empty" values.
There is no workaround for this issue.
