Problem Note 47978: Performance is slow when you add attachments in SAS® Enterprise Case Management
When you add an attachment in SAS Enterprise Case Management, performance might be slow. Even a small attachment might take more than thirty seconds to add. This performance problem is more likely to occur if you have many thousands of cases, incidents, or subjects with at least one attachment. Adding an attachment might fail, after a long delay, with an inaccurate error message:
The upload file has exceeded the maximum allowed size. Refer to the SAS® Enterprise

This error message might be incorrectly displayed for files that do not exceed the maximum allowed size. The actual error that occurred is not displayed. To see the actual error, check the log file (SAS-configuration-file/Web/Logs/SASEntCaseManagement.log).
