Problem Note 47953: A compilation error and internal code generation failure occurs when more than 70 arguments are defined for a method within a DS2 package

The following errors occur when more than 70 arguments are defined for a method defined within a package in DS2.

ERROR: Compilation error.
ERROR: Internal code generation failure.

The problem can be circumvented by reducing the number of arguments.
