To start the logging feature, copy the logging.config file from C:\Program Files\SAS\Enterprise Guide 4\ to this directory:
SAS Enterprise Guide generates one log file for each SAS Enterprise Guide session. The logs reside in this directory:
To display the %APPDATA% Windows variable, submit the SET APPDATA command from a Windows command prompt, as shown below:
The following table shows the default locations:

To stop logging, delete the logging.config file from %appdata%\SAS\Enterprise Guide\4\.
