Problem Note 47867: A system abend A03 might occur when the SAS® System is terminating

A system abend A03 might occur when SAS is terminating if a connection to DB2 is still active at the time of termination. No indication of any problem occurs in the SAS log, because the code has completed by the time that the abend occurs. The error found in the job entry subsystem (JES) log might resemble the following:
Beginning with SAS® 9.3 TS1M0, a second DB2 plan is needed to support the threaded kernel Application Programming Interface. A Database Request Module (DBRM) member, SASTKTS, must be downloaded, similar to the SAS93 and SAS93X DBRM members.
