Problem Note 47370: Forecasts might be incorrect when forecast disaggregation and baseline offset are both enabled

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

Forecasts might be incorrect when forecast disaggregation and baseline offset are both enabled in the SAS® Revenue Optimization Suite. Forecast disaggregation is enabled when the model specification FCST_DISAGG=1. Baseline offset is enabled when the model specification COMPUTE_BASELINE_OFFSET=1 or the model specification BASELINE_OFFSET_VALUE > 0. When forecast disaggregation and baseline offset are both enabled, the demand normalization and denormalization factors are not computed correctly, which leads to incorrect forecasts.

There are no errors or warnings.

The workaround is to not enable forecast disaggregation and baseline offset at the same time.
