Problem Note 47244: The initial attempt to download a PDF from the SAS® Warranty Analysis rich client might result in an error

Downloading a PDF directly from the SAS Warranty Analysis rich client might not work on the first attempt. The Internet Explorer browser will start the download and continue running for a long time but will eventually fail with the error "Page cannot be displayed".

If you request a PDF download from Published reports using the SAS Warranty Analysis portal, you might be prompted to enter credentials. This should not happen because you already entered credentials when you logged into the portal. However, after you enter your credentials, you should be able to download the PDF with no problems.
