Problem Note 47180: A user who does not own a campaign but may edit it will not be informed if the campaign has been optimized

When opening a SAS® Customer Intelligence campaign to make changes, a user who has Edit privileges but is not the original owner of the campaign will not be informed if the campaign has been optimized.
In addition, the optimized count on the Communication node will be cleared.
