Problem Note 47782: Definitions are unable to be released when using multiple DC sets
In SAS® Merchandise Allocation, definitions are unable to be released when using multiple DC sets. This issue occurs when multiple DC sets are used in a Single Size Pack(SSP), Multi-item Casepacks (MICP) and MICP Grouped definition. This issue occurs because the Total Qty differs from the Allocation Qty.
Use the following steps as a workaround for this issue:
- Perform Edit Definition to add a Merchandise Level and a Location Level.
- Open the definition and note that the Total Qty is wrong.
- Perform Edit Definition again, removing both the Merchandise and Location Levels.
- Reopen the definition and note that the Total Qty is correct after removing both the Merchandise and Location Levels.
