Problem Note 47330: The FA Scoring Rules Editor might not enable you to enter metric ranges and score values
The FA Scoring Rules Editor in SAS ® Merchandise Solutions Configuration Workbench provides a table for entering metric ranges and score values. However, you might not be able to scroll to the bottom of the table to enter or edit the values as the rows grow.
To work around this issue, follow the steps below:
- From within the FA Scoring Rules Editor, click "Save changes to data mart" button.
- Click on "Yes" when you are prompted about whether you want to save the changes or not.
- Once the editor view closes, click on the measure again. The view is displayed with the newly added rows.
- Repeat the steps above until all rows for each measure are added.
There are no warning or error messages.
