Installation Note 47107: SAS® Marketing Optimization is unable to create input data from SAS® Marketing Automation data when the Contact History is used
If you use the Contact History in SAS Marketing Optimization and your input data comes from SAS Marketing Automation, you might experience the following error:
Problem executing stored process.
The problem occurs because SAS Marketing Optimization expects name of the Customer column on the SAS Marketing Automation Contact History to be Customer_ID. The column name is pre-defined by the user. So, if the column name is not entered as Customer_ID, SAS Marketing Optimization cannot create the project input data.
