Usage Note 47023: Locating logs for SAS® Financial Management 5.3 in a Windows and JBoss operating environment

When debugging problems in SAS Financial Management, you might be asked to send several logs to SAS Technical Support. Below are the default locations for the most commonly requested logs for SAS Financial Management 5.3 in a Windows and JBoss environment.
Notedefault log locations and might be different in your specific implementation.
In the locations listed below, .x refers to the minor release number (for example, SAS Financial Management 5.3).
Client-Tier Logs
SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office log
Because specific DLL files need to be installed in order to enable the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office log, information about the SAS Add-in for Microsoft Office log is documented in a separate SAS note.

send the log file with the most recent date and time stamp.
