Problem Note 46993: You might not be able to add Comments for Tests and Nonfinancial Effects in SAS® Enterprise GRC

Working with Tests or Nonfinancial Effects in SAS Enterprise GRC, you might not be able to add Comments in the Comments table. The Comments table should have a "Add Comment" link, but the link does not appear.
There is no workaround to the problem.
