Problem Note 46987: Custom Field values are not saved when you click Sign Off in a Form-Based Assessment using SAS® Enterprise GRC

If you define Custom Fields for Form-Based Assessments in SAS Enterprise GRC, the values that you enter for the Custom Fields should be saved when you click Sign Off. But the values are not saved, and the fields appear empty if you open the Form-Based Assessment again.
There are no error, warning, or note messages indicating that a problem occurred.
A workaround for this problem is to click Save before you click Sign Off.
