Problem Note 46907: Content in SAS® BI Dashboard portlets might stop responding after changing portal pages or linking to other indicators

When viewing SAS BI Dashboard content in the SAS® Information Delivery Portal, you might experience issues where the content in the BI Dashboard portlet does not refresh or seems to freeze. This behavior has been seen when switching between portal pages, and also when opening another indicator from the portlet, and then closing the child window.
