Problem Note 46881: Viewing the Alert Details screen in SAS® Social Network Analysis gives "an error occurred", "Please Wait" messages

If you set the parameter showRelatedAlerts to false in the SAS Social Network Analysis config.xml file, the setting causes a null pointer exception in Flex when viewing the Alert Details screen.
An error occurred. Please contact your system administrator. TypeError: Error #1009
An error popup dialog box is presented to you. You are unable to close the dialog box on the alert details screen, and a "Please Wait" message is displayed.
