Problem Note 46779: SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager might return "Exception awaiting concurrent execution" when executing Decision Campaigns that use Offer Arbitration

SAS Real-Time Decision Manager might return one or both of the following errors in its log when it attempts to execute Decision Campaigns that use Offer Arbitration:

com.sas.analytics.ph.RTDMException: Exception awaiting concurrent execution

or
com.sas.analytics.ph.RTDMTimeoutException: Execution with timeout did not complete 
in: <your–timeout> ms

There is no workaround for this problem.
