Problem Note 46766: The error "Operation not allowed" occurs when you install SASĀ® Embedded Process in an Oracle shared directory
When you execute the SAS Embedded Process installer in an Oracle shared directory, you might receive an error similar to the following:
/home/oracle/test/tkindbsrv-9.31-1_lax.sh cp: preserving permissions for
`SAS/SASTKInDatabaseServerForOracle/9.31/sasexe/./tkoramain': Operation not supported
cp: preserving ACL for `SAS/SASTKInDatabaseServerForOracle/9.31/sasexe/./tkoramain':
Operation not supported
Although the error occurs on the server side during the installation, the commands do execute. There are no problems with functionality due to these errors. You can ignore this error.
