Problem Note 46736: SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio might not enable you to view or edit values in a "dynamic list" user-defined field

SAS Customer Intelligence Studio might restrict you from viewing or modifying the values in a user-defined field of type "dynamic list."
This restriction occurs when the Edit permissions for campaign that you are editing are assigned at the user group level, rather than at the user ID level.
To work around this problem, assign permissions to edit the campaign to specific user IDs, rather than to a group that contains the user IDs.
