Problem Note 46590: An internal error might occur when opening an information map in SAS® Enterprise Guide® and the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office

When using SAS Enterprise Guide or the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office to open an information map, you might see the following error message:
[ java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException ] ERROR: The Information Maps LIBNAME Engine encountered an internal error -- (23).
This problem can occur if all of the following conditions are true:
- The information map has a prompted filter.
- The information map is associated with a stored process that has a prompt.
- You select fewer than the total number of data items to use in the query.
