When you first open a campaign or diagram in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the associated SAS® Information Map is loaded into memory. SAS® Marketing Automation loads the SAS Information Map for each new SAS Customer Intelligence Studio session that you open. This loading might take several minutes.
