Problem Note 46298: SAS® Anti-Money Laundering watch list scenarios might not generate alerts when using additional WorldCheck data.
In the watch list scenarios section that checks last name and individual match code (LAST_NAME + MATCH_CODE_INDIVIDUAL), there might be cases where the scenarios fail to fire an alert. The code checks to see whether there is a last name match and match code match within the same observation. In the same observation, the last name might match but the match code does not because it contains the full name. Thus, no alert is sent.
The code has been modified to perform an additional check on matching only the match code if the last_name+match_code_individual fails to generate an alert.
