Problem Note 46217: Time limit reached when an LP relaxation is difficult to solve using the MILP solver in PROC OPTMODEL

An issue can occur with the MILP solver of PROC OPTMODEL. This issue develops if the time it takes to process the first few nodes is excessive. The excessive processing time results from an LP relaxation that might be difficult to solve or the Simplex warmstart being inefficient. In this case, the solver might stop execution with the note:
