Problem Note 4619: Risk Dimensions documentation will not display after SAS System Help has been invoked

In Release 3.2 of Risk Dimensions when running on a Windows platform,
the Risk Dimensions documentation via online help is unable to display
after the SAS System help has been invoked.

A Technical Support hot fix for Release 8.2 TSLEVEL TS2M0 for this
issue is available at:

For customers running SAS with Asian Language Support (DBCS), this
