Problem Note 46164: &SYSSITE incorrectly returns site numbers with leading zeros

8 digit site numbers are incorrectly returned as 10 digit numbers with leading zeros.
If the site number is to be returned as:
12345678
it is incorrectly returned as:
0012345678
If a 10 digit number is being returned with 2 leading zeros the following code can be used to return the proper site number:
