If your users have multiple logins associated with the same Authentication Domain, and specify that Authentication Domain when you define a relational database library in SAS® Management Console, you should choose a Default Login for the library in order to control which of the multiple logins should be used when assigning the library.
However, if you have installed hot fix B25159, the META libname engine does not honor the Default Login. Instead, the META engine requests a login for the specified Authentication Domain from the SAS® Metadata Server and simply uses the first login that is returned. This might not be the login that was defined as the Default Login for the library. Consequently, the LIBNAME statement could attempt to connect to the database using the wrong credentials.
There is currently no workaround available.
