Problem Note 46130: Saving a case in SAS® Enterprise Case Management gives a "Someone else modified the case while you were..." error

When you save a case in SAS Enterprise Case Management, the following error message might be incorrectly displayed:
Someone else modified the case while you were modifying it. Please edit the case again.
This message appears when you click two or more times on buttons that cause the case to be saved, such as these: "Save", "Return to List", or "Save Case and Action Items".
The only way to make sure that the error message is incorrect is to look at the case to see whether your most recent changes are included.
To work around this problem, click only once on buttons that cause the case to be saved. Then, wait for the save to complete, as indicated by messages such as "Status changes saved successfully", or "Case saved successfully".
