Problem Note 46110: The "Return from Validation" button is grayed-out

In SAS® Enterprise GRC, scenario validation is partly controlled by a "Return from Validation" button. However, once a scenario validation has begun, the "Return from Validation" button incorrectly remains read only (grayed-out).
