Problem Note 46093: Analytical hierarchy requires migration script

When you apply hot fix D81008 to SAS® Promotion Optimization or SAS® Regular Price Optimization 4.2 M1, you must perform a migration of the analytical hierarchy because the format of product and location IDs in the analytical hierarchy has changed. That is, the values that are stored in the PROD_ID field in the ATTR_PROD_DM table and the GEO_ID field in the ATTR_GEO_DM table have changed.
There is no workaround for this issue.
