Problem Note 46092: The error "The specified data could not be encrypted" occurs when you use the UPLOAD or DOWNLOAD procedure in SAS/CONNECT®
When you use the encryption algorithm SSL to SIGNON in SAS/CONNECT and then use the UPLOAD or DOWNLOAD procedure, you might see the following error messages:
ERROR: Windows SSL error -2146893015 (0x80090329) occurred at line 3975, the
error message is "The specified data could not be encrypted."
ERROR: Conversation termination; status=1.
