Problem Note 46988: A "javax.servlet.ServletException..." error occurs when clicking Accept on the Incident screen in SAS® Enterprise GRC

Using SAS Enterprise GRC, if you click Accept on the Incident screen after someone else has accepted the Incident, an incorrect error message might be displayed:
Enterprise GRC Error
The error has been logged, but you may wish to e-mail the error information below to your systems administrator.
javax.servlet.ServletException: com.sas.oprisk.framework.server.persistence.StaleSaveException:
The prior OpRiskEvent is no longer available to replace.
There is no workaround to the problem.
