Problem Note 46976: SAS® Customer Intelligence campaigns occasionally become unresponsive when executing
SAS Customer Intelligence campaigns occasionally become unresponsive and fail to update the reporting common data model.
This occurs when the ma ma_cdi_update_ch.sas and ma ma_cdi_update_rh.sas stored processes that are called by SAS Customer Intelligence become unresponsive when invoked. If this occurs, you see these stored processes being called in the SASMarketingAutomationCore5.x.log file, but they do not return.
